Please don't let this be mastitis!
POOR #6...I hope she calves immediately & that solves this problem. I have never seen anything remotely similar to this.
The owner/manager of the feed store told me that as soon as she calves, the calf should solve the problem. He said I'll need to make sure she allows the calf to nurse & if not, I'll have to put her in the stocks & poor Danny will milk her! AAAACCCCKKK!!!

Doesn't look at all comfy to me. If mastitis better treat with antibiotics now!
